World Health Organization: HOW TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS

Here at Folkman Eye Clinic, the health of our patients, staffs, and community is our number one priority.

We are taking extra precautions to prevent and limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

This includes, but is not limited to, multiple daily sanitation of our front office and optical, thorough sanitation in each exam room after every patient including doors, equipment, chairs, computers, etc., more frequent hand washing, and advising patients and staff to stay home if having symptoms.

As per the CDC, these symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

To prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus, ONLY 1 patient is allowed in the office at a time. Our door will be locked with a sign saying to call the office. If there is already 1 patient in our office, you may wait in your car and we will call you when you may enter.

All staff are in masks to prevent virus spread.

Everyone who enters our office must be wearing a mask and will have their temperature taken. If it is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you will be asked to leave.

No guests may come in with you if you have an appointment, unless assistance is required. If you bring someone, they will need to wait outside of the office.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, but we must all do our part to keep ourselves and our patients healthy.
