Here at Folkman Eye Clinic, the health of our patients, staffs, and community is our number one priority.
We are taking extra precautions to prevent and limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
This includes, but is not limited to, multiple daily sanitation of our front office and optical, thorough sanitation in each exam room after every patient including doors, equipment, chairs, computers, etc., more frequent hand washing, and advising patients and staff to stay home if having symptoms.
As per the CDC, these symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

Due to COVID-19, we have less appointments available each day, and are booked further out than usual. Eye health is very important, but if you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we are able to get others in.
To prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus, our door will be locked with a sign saying to call the office. If there is already the allotted amount of patients in our office, you may wait in your car and we will call you when you may enter.
Everyone who enters our office must be wearing a mask and will be instructed to immediately wash hands before having their temperature taken. If it is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you will be asked to leave.
No guests may come in with you, unless assistance is required. If you bring someone, they will need to wait outside of the office.
All staff are in masks to prevent virus spread, and temperatures are taken each morning.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, but we must all do our part to keep ourselves and our patients healthy.
